David was born and raised on Montreal’s West Island and relocated to the GTA after graduating from Bishop’s University with his double major degree in Finance and Economics. Ironically, career opportunities opened in the field of sales and marketing. After a successful run in this direction, David was drawn back to his first calling and received his professional designation of CFP (Certified Financial Planner) and is a licensed Life Insurance Broker.
“Independent thinking and decisive action are what drive success” is his personal mantra.
“Service Above Self” David gives back to the community through his active involvement with Rotary International and has sat on his clubs Board of Directors for a number of years. David is also an Executive Chair on the organizing committee for the Mississauga Rotary Rib Fest.
“The Next Step: The Financial Plan in Transition” is a seminar and workshop that he facilitates at outplacement agencies for individuals who are in employment transition.
David lives in Etobicoke with his wife and in their spare time they enjoy volunteering, competitive sailboat racing, travel & trekking.
